They have amazing food but they charge $2.89 or somewhere along that price for 1 chicken strip. They're not really good in the service department, i asked them a question and it's shoulders or minimal responses. It's not all bad, but they could do better in the service department and what they charge. Now as for the food, they're great, expensive, but great and fresh. I would go back again because even though the service is lacking, it's not so bad to where another chance shouldn't be given.
I absolutely love going to this, it's small which goes perfectly with the atmosphere. Right now there is construction so it's hard to find, I didn't think it was open due to the construction. It is open, it's delicious, and the people are friendly and so nice. My favorite employee just changed jobs, and while she will be missed every one else is just as nice. Highly recommend!!
Big Chew Chew's is Temple's best burger joint. Old fashioned, family-friendly, and so, so delicious. The fries are seasoned well, the burgers are grilled to perfection, and the onion rings taste incredible. The people are so friendly here. Also, don't skip the shakes! 10/10, I've yet to have a bad flavor!
